I am passionate about people and communities and seek to bring hope and positive transformation in all facets of my work. I have a range of qualifications along with well-exercised practical skills in music, education, human development and community transformation which I bring to various roles in my community. I enjoy blending my skills and passions creatively. I am now available in private practice and as an independent contractor to bring my facilitation, counselling, supervision, advocacy and training skills to individuals, families and groups who are wanting to understand themselves and each other better and to then use that insight to help them move forward. I am committed to working from a place of appreciative inquiry, helping you to find your strengths and drawing on your past successes as we navigate your challenges and find solutions to life's difficulties together.

I practice through my business, Attuned People Solutions, a service which weaves together the many threads of my professional practice: counselling, social work, professional supervision, workshop and meeting facilitation, education through the lifespan (infants to elderly), pursuing social and personal change through the arts, and reflective analysis. I am available in private practice to work with individuals, families and small groups. I can be contracted by larger organisations, such as schools, social agencies or workplaces to support you with identifying your strengths and areas for growth.
