Madeleine Taylor is a parent of three children, all in their 20’s and works as a People Skills Consultant. Madeleine has been providing professional supervision mostly in health, mental health and leadership. Madeleine is also an accomplished workshop facilitator and long-time trainer of negotiation and influencing skills and managing difficult conversations. She has been teaching resilience and stress management all her professional life.

Madeleine has worked in organisations for the last 23 years, specialising in managing interactions with people. Madeleine completed a degree in social work at Massey University in 1979 then worked as a social worker in the health and mental health areas. She was appointed the Staff Welfare Officer for a local government organisation prior starting a private practice in 1995. Madeleine has Negotiation and Influencing training from CMNZ which was affiliated with the Harvard Negotiation Project. Madeleine is a certified mediator with LEADR, an accredited Conflict Partnership Facilitator and Trainer, a certified Executive Coach a registered Social Worker and is currently working towards her certification in Organisational Transactional Analysis.
